Chapter 7

Heaven and hell. The damn woman was pure torture, overriding his good intentions. He had wanted to take care of her, and instead now all he wanted was to bend her over and take her. Hard.

A flash of Maya swaying on her feet in the greenhouse careened through his thoughts. No. Even though she didn’t seem tired now, he’d sensed the weariness that blanched her skin pale, had noticed her holding her hurt side. She didn’t need slam-bam sex, she needed soothing and sleep. Akshay pulled in a deep calming breath, slowly let it out. Control yourself. You’re the crown prince, you have to have control.

Her wet, naked body glistened in the golden glow as she stood in front of him with her legs slightly parted, tempting him to touch and explore. She tossed him a saucy smile as he stared mesmerized. Akshay swallowed. A little payback wouldn’t be amiss.

He started at her toes, and massaged his way up her legs, stopping to lightly stroke his thumb back and forth in the sensitive area behind her knees. Maya cursed as her legs buckled and she grabbed his shoulders to steady herself. He chuckled.

“Enjoying yourself?”

“Immensely.” He slid his hand up her thighs to the edge of the beautiful triangle. She sucked in a breath. “Revenge has never been sweeter.”

He stroked the mouth of her vagina with washcloth covered fingers. She moaned and lifted a leg up, resting the foot on the edge of the tub. He let the cloth drop and his soapy fingers explore. His thumb teased her clitoris with small, circular motions.

Her hips moved, dancing with his fingers, responding to a primal rhythm. She gripped his hair and pulled his face against the side of her abdomen. He lightly bit her right above her pelvic bone, then soothed the skin with slow circles of his tongue.

Maya moaned and pressed against him until he could feel the shaking beneath her skin. He continued to toy with her clit, while sliding his finger in and out. Panting, she half-squatted and opened herself up further. He obliged by pushing two fingers into her hot, wet core.

With a long drawn-out cry, Maya dissolved into shudders. Her body jerked and stiffened, then went limp against him. He wrapped his arms around her and gently lowered her to sit, leaning on him. Tucked her head beneath his chin.

“How do you feel?”

Skin to skin, he could feel her pounding heart. She dragged in great gulps of air. “Boneless.” After a moment, she managed another word. “Content.”

He kissed the top of her head. “Good.”

Akshay grabbed an ewer full of water and poured it over her head.

“Oh!” Wonder brightened her voice. “It feels like rain.”
